Print Prepaid Label
Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your items.
Ship the Package
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location, ensuring the barcode is clearly visible for tracking purposes.
Receive Refund or Exchange
After our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your requested exchange size within 5 business days.
